Terms of Service

These terms cover bookings made through gedionmutua.com for 1:1 sessions with Gedion Mutua. By booking a session, you agree to the terms below.

Booking & payment

• Sessions are billed at $15 / hour (≈ KES 2,000), payable via M-Pesa.
• Payment is confirmed manually: you send the M-Pesa payment, then submit your confirmation name and code, which is verified on WhatsApp before the session is confirmed.
• A session is only considered booked once payment has been verified and confirmed.

Cancellations & rescheduling

• You can reschedule a session at no extra cost with at least 24 hours' notice, by messaging on WhatsApp.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund.
• If Gedion needs to cancel or reschedule, you'll be offered a new time or a full refund.

Refunds

• Refunds for eligible cancellations are issued to the M-Pesa number the payment was sent from, within 3–5 business days.
• Payments that can't be verified (wrong code, mismatched name, etc.) will be followed up on WhatsApp before any refund decision is made.

Liability

Sessions are provided on a best-effort, advisory basis. They do not constitute formal financial, legal, or engineering certification unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page.
