• M-Pesa confirmation details (name and transaction code) you submit to verify a payment.
• Messages you send via WhatsApp when you contact me directly.

How it's used

Information you submit is used only to confirm bookings, verify payments, and communicate with you about the session you've booked. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

How it's stored

Booking and payment details are sent directly to WhatsApp and are not stored in a separate database on this website. WhatsApp's own privacy practices apply to messages exchanged there.

Your rights

You can ask what information I hold about you, request it be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by contacting me on WhatsApp or via the contact page. Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, you're entitled to access and control your personal data.

This site does not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
